# Via.Delivery

> Via.Delivery connects US online retailers and D2C brands to 36,000+ pickup locations (FedEx Hold at Location and UPS Access Point sites in pharmacies, grocery stores, convenience stores and office service locations) that shoppers can choose at checkout instead of home delivery. Shipping to a commercial pickup location avoids residential surcharges, porch piracy and missed "signature required" deliveries.

Via.Delivery works as a digital carrier: orders move through FedEx and UPS, Via.Delivery generates the compliant Hold at Location / Access Point labels and sends branded notifications, and the brand stays the shipper of record. Stores connect through a plugin (Shopify, Shopify Plus, WooCommerce, Ecwid, OpenCart, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, ShipStation/ShipEngine, Linnworks and others) or the API; the site says most stores go live in under 30 minutes. Retailers either keep their own carrier rates and pay a fixed fee per label, or ship on Via.Delivery's FedEx rate card. The company calls the model BOPA: Buy Online, Pickup Anywhere.
