How it works

    Online stores integrated with ShipStation install the Via.Delivery's plugin
    Onboard in 5 minutes and you're ready to go.

    The customers choose a convenient pickup location (we call it BOPA) in checkout
    The customers choose the pickup locations using Via.Delivery's MAP widget or our list feature, both providing, nearby pickup locations.
  • 3
    Online store downloads the orders to ShipStation and prints the labels
    We create carrier certified labels. Via.Delivery's shipping service and order details will be filled out automatically.
  • 4
    We deliver your customer's order to the selected location.
    We pick up orders from your origin shipping locations and deliver it to one of 21K+ alternate delivery locations around the US. Estimted delivery time is the same as ground delivery.

    Your customers are notified by us
    We send notifications at every step of the delivery process. Shippers can "brand" the communications ensuring "stickiness" with their customers.

    Customer pick up process is easy
    The customer securely receives the package by presenting a unique QR/barcode and a Gov't issued Identification (driver's License, Passport, etc.) at the alternate delivery location.
