This integration enables merchants to display FedEx Hold at Location, UPS Access Points, parcel lockers, and other pickup points directly within the checkout process.

Automated Location Selection:

During checkout, Via.Delivery Cartridge automatically geocodes the customer’s address and displays the three (or more as needed) nearest pickup locations that can fulfill the order based on weight and size restrictions.
Customers can also view and select locations on an interactive map for greater flexibility.


Detailed Location Information: Each pickup point includes:

• Name (e.g., Walgreens, Dollar General, FedEx Office, UPS Store)

• Estimated delivery time

• Distance from the customer’s address

• Operating hours

• Delivery cost
Seamless Label Generation:

After an order is placed, merchants can generate shipping labels in ZPL, PDF, or PNG formats, fully compliant with FedEx Hold-at-Locations requirements.


Real-Time Tracking & Customer Notifications:

• We continuously monitor tracking information throughout the delivery process.


Pickup & Reminder System:

• Orders remain available for pickup for a specified storage period (typically 7 days).

• If an order is not picked up, we send a reminder 3 days before the storage period ends via email, SMS, or voice call.
