For online retailers who utilize the Commerce7 platform in conjunction with the Via.Delivery Commerce7 plugin, the following privacy terms apply. These terms mirror the privacy practices applied within the Commerce7 environment:
1. Information Collection:
• Personally Identifiable Information (PII): We collect and process only the PII necessary to provide the specific services you require through the Commerce7 and Via.Delivery integration. This includes, but is not limited to, names, addresses, email addresses, and telephone numbers. No additional PII will be collected or processed beyond what is strictly required to deliver these services effectively.
• Non-Personally Identifiable Information: We also collect non-PII, such as aggregated tracking data, device-specific information, and usage data, to improve the performance and functionality of the services.
2. Use of Information:
• The collected PII is used solely to facilitate and deliver the services provided through the Commerce7 platform and Via.Delivery plugin, including order processing, customer support, and communication.
• Non-PII is used to analyze trends, administer the site, and improve service offerings.
3. Information Sharing:
• Your information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the services, comply with legal obligations, or protect against fraud and abuse.
• In cases where third-party service providers are involved, such as payment processors or customer support platforms, these entities are contractually obligated to protect your information in accordance with this privacy policy.
4. Security:
• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect PII and non-PII during transmission and storage. However, no method of data transmission over the internet or electronic storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. ShipCompliant Fulfillment Management for Wineshipping
• Clients who opt-in to ShipCompliant Fulfillment Management for Wineshipping data synchronization will need to provide Wineshipping with a valid, active "ShipCompliant API User Credential" and authorize Wineshipping to share the ShipCompliant API User Credential with Via.Delivery.
• Via.Delivery will use the ShipCompliant API User Credential solely to facilitate and deliver order processing service through Commerce7, ShipCompliant and Wineshipping using the Via.Delivery plugin
• ShipCompliant API User Credential remains under Client's control in their ShipCompliant account and may be revoked when/if Via.Delivery service is no longer desired
8. Changes to This Policy:
• Any changes to this section of the privacy policy will be communicated through updates to this document. Continued use of the Commerce7 platform and Via.Delivery Commerce7 plugin after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
