Copper Peak Logistics, a Napa, California wine fulfillment and logistics company, announced a partnership with Via.Delivery. Wineries that ship with Copper Peak can now let customers and wine club members collect their orders at alcohol-compliant UPS and FedEx pickup locations instead of waiting at home for an adult-signature delivery.
Recipients choose a location that suits them and show ID when they pick up, which helps reduce missed deliveries and returns.
Merilee Anderson, Senior Vice President of Client Services at Copper Peak Logistics, said the partnership "gives wine consumers greater control over when and where they receive their shipments."
Copper Peak winery clients can ask their Copper Peak representative to connect them with the Via.Delivery team.
